📋 Construction License Exam
The professional exam consists of two parts: written and oral, prepared separately for each type of license within a given specialty. Exams are conducted by regional qualification committees at a unified time and format.
📝 Written part of the construction license exam
- From 30 to 90 multiple-choice questions – the number depends on the type of license
- Subject scope:
- 70% – construction law regulations, industry acts, and executive ordinances
- 20% – occupational health and safety in construction works
- 10% – administrative procedures
- Duration: number of questions × 1.5 minutes
- The test is conducted on a paper answer sheet – one of three options must be selected
- Passing score: minimum 75% correct answers
🗣️ Oral part of the construction license exam
- A randomly selected set of 5–10 questions tailored to the type of license
- Answer scope includes:
- practical use of legal regulations
- application of technical knowledge in professional situations
- scope of the requested specialty
- practical task: e.g., a design or solving a construction site problem
- Committee members may ask additional questions related to the set
- Total oral exam time: 60 minutes, including up to 25 minutes for preparation
- Use of legal acts, technical standards, and Eurocodes is allowed – in paper form
📘 Rules for preparing construction license exam questions
Questions for both parts of the exam are prepared separately for each type and specialty of construction license. They are standardized, centrally approved, and uniform across the country.
